2. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

 

Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes in accordance with the legislation on the protection of personal data;

3. METHOD OF COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL REASON

 

Your personal data by Crs Soft; with the establishment of employment contracts after recruitment and employment, with visual devices and physical forms in physical locations, product sales contracts within the scope of product sales, product-related request forms, remote access and technical assistance within the scope of product purchase and service procurement processes, and It is processed in related processes and electronically during your visits to the website and at our Company headquarters and branches.

For general purposes, on the other hand, "to fulfill a legal obligation", "to be clearly written in the law" and "based on the reasons that data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interest of the data controller";

 

Your health data, biometric data and data transferred abroad due to the use of systems of foreign origin are processed based on your "explicit consent”.

 

4. TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

 

As Crs Soft, your personal data;

• If you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of Personal Data, requesting the removal of this damage, you have the rights.
